中空玻璃生产线使用一段时间后，“玻璃清洗出来不干净”是非常常见的问题。原因很少是单一的，通常需要按顺序排查五个地方。

After using the insulated glass production line for a period of time, the most common problem is that the glass is not cleaned thoroughly. The reason is rarely singular, usually requiring a sequential investigation of five areas.

大财神第一，检查水质。 清洗水路是循环系统，如果长期不换水，水中的杂质和油污会越来越多，喷淋到玻璃上反而造成二次污染。先更换清洗水，清理风机入口过滤网。

Firstly, check the water quality. The cleaning water system is a circulating system. If the water is not changed for a long time, impurities and oil stains in the water will increase, and spraying onto the glass will cause secondary pollution. Replace the cleaning water first and clean the inlet filter of the fan.

大财神第二，观察污渍的“形状”。 如果污渍呈均匀的横条状，检查非常后一道胶辊表面是否有赃物。如果呈斜状痕迹，检查非常后一道胶辊中间是否有缝隙，如有，调整胶辊轴承座弹簧。形状不同，病灶位置不同。

大财神Secondly, observe the "shape" of the stain. If the stain appears as a uniform horizontal strip, check if there is any dirt on the surface of the last rubber roller. If there are diagonal marks, check for any gaps in the middle of the last rubber roller. If so, adjust the rubber roller bearing seat spring. Different shapes result in different lesion locatiohs.

第三，检查风刀和干燥效果。 清洗后如果玻璃表面残留水渍，风刀的角度、风力或加热功能可能出了问题。干燥段的大风力倾斜风刀需要定期检查出风是否均匀，加热功能是否正常工作。

Thirdly, check the air knife and drying effect. If water stains remain on the glass surface after cleaning, there may be issues with the angle, wind force, or heating function of the wind blade. The high wind inclined blade in the drying section needs to be regularly checked for uniform air flow and proper heating function.

大财神第四，检查清洗段的毛刷磨损。 毛刷使用一段时间后会变形或脱落，导致清洗盲区。多对高密度软毛刷需要定期检查磨损状态，必要时更换。

Fourth, check the wear of the brush in the cleaning section. After using the brush for a period of time, it may deform or fall off, causing cleaning blind spots. Multiple pairs of high-density soft bristle brushes need to be regularly checked for wear and replaced if necessary.

第五，检查传送辊是否沾染污物。 传送辊长期接触玻璃和清洗液，表面可能积累污垢，玻璃经过时被“蹭脏”。耐酸碱橡胶传动辊需要定期清洁或更换。

Fifth, check whether the conveyor roller is contaminated with dirt. The conveyor roller may accumulate dirt on the surface due to long-term contact with glass and cleaning solution, and the glass may be "scratched" when passing by. The acid alkali resistant rubber transmission roller needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly.

清洗不干净的问题，九成出在这五个地方。按顺序排查，比盲目调整设备参数更有效。

Ninety percent of the problem of unclean cleaning lies in these five areas. Sorting in order is more effective than blindly adjusting equipment parameters.
